1. About Propify

Propify is an independent property research and ownership platform. Propify is not a real estate agency, buyer's agent, developer, listing portal, lender, insurer, lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser, or building inspector.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You must use Propify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. If you create an account or join the waitlist, you are responsible for keeping your information accurate and secure.

3. General Information Only

Propify provides general information, research tools, estimates, prompts, and educational content only. Propify does not replace building, pest, strata, legal, finance, insurance, tax, valuation, investment, or professional property advice.

You should make your own enquiries and obtain appropriate professional advice before making property, financial, legal, renovation, insurance, or investment decisions.

4. Accounts, Waitlists & Memberships

Some features may require account registration, waitlist access, or membership. We may accept, decline, suspend, or close access where necessary to protect users, the platform, or our business.

5. Tools, Scores & Propify AI

Tools such as PropMatch, PropScore, PropCompare, HomeIQ, cost calculators, and Propify AI may rely on information you provide, third-party data, assumptions, and automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it.

6. Content, Documents & Data

You are responsible for content, documents, prompts, property details, and other material you upload or submit. You must have the right to provide that material and must not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential, or infringing content.

7. User Conduct

You must not misuse Propify, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, interfere with security, submit false information, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

8. Providers & Third Parties

Propify may link to or display third-party providers, data, services, websites, or community information. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their conduct, advice, pricing, terms, or services.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Propify available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the platform develops.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propify is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information, automated outputs, third-party data, provider services, market movements, property decisions, or unavailable features.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, create risk for others, or where required by law. You may stop using Propify at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to any non-excludable consumer protections that apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version applies. Continued use of Propify after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
